Jared Newson, a native of Belleville, Illinois. An Alumni of The University of Tennessee Martin where he earned his bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. Jared finished a stellar three-year career as the 3rd all-time leading scorer and 5th leading rebounder. A two-time All-OVC selection averaging 18.8 pts 6.6 rebounds and shooting 41% 3pt his senior year, Jared was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2014 at UTM. Deemed an OVC Legend by the Ohio Valley Conference in March of 2018 and also earning his Masters degree in Business Administration. In His 12 year career, Jared played in Germany, where he was a Dunk contest Champion and All-Star. He had a stint with the Dallas Mavericks in 2007 under head coach Avery Johnson. Also playing in Poland, Australia, NBA D-League, and Finland where he was the Guard of the year averaging 18 pts and 8.7 rebounds and shooting 42% from 3pt. Also being the Finnish Cup MVP, All-Imports team and three-time runner-up. He also played in France for 6 seasons and Puerto Rico. This past year Jared was the leading scorer of a team that went to the finals of the French championships. Throughout his years of playing, Jared has trained a number of high schools, college, and professional athletes in the summertime while
having his training academy back in his hometown. NBA players such as Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics and former NBA player Darius Miles are some of the talents that Jared has worked with.
Gracie Held is a current student at Ohio University majoring in Sports Management. She has been an intern with CT for over a year working on player management and success along with developing his websites and other projects. Gracie has also worked at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and within the athletic department at Ohio University. She is involved with many clubs on campus including, Association of Women in Sports Management, Sports Business Association, and Project FTK. She recently spent 3 ½ months studying abroad in Thailand and was able to travel throughout Asia and become knowledgeable about the culture and daily life. When not in school, she is a resident of Carmel, Indiana one of the largest suburbs of Indianapolis, where she graduated from Carmel High School in 2016. Gracie believes in constructing real, memorable relationships with others in school, work, and in life so that others are empowered to motivate themselves and continue to transform and be confident throughout their life.

Jerry Goldsmith, a native of Rockford, Illinois. Attend Millikin University studying Major in Exercise Science and Sport. He was a Varsity Letter earner in Football, and Indoor Track & Fields. He also Attend Harlem High School, He was a magnificent Multi-Sport Athlete in Football, Basketball, and Track & Fields. Jerry got his first Head Coach job in 2005 at the Middle School Level. Since, He has Head Coaching experience with success at the Middle to High School Levels. Jerry was introduced to 100%hoops participating in his high school summer basketball camp. Agreeing with Christopher Thomas on wanting to provide the highest level of basketball training to players all over our home town area. Since, 2011 Jerry has been apart of the Team developing an interest for the training in the area. By organizing mini-camps, camps, clinics and sessions. He has also been apart of college youth camps and The Sorority camp.
Anthony Fletcher graduated from Irvington Prep High School. After high school he attended Ball State University where he received a B.A. in journalism and telecommunications in 2017. Extracurricular activities included: 2015-16 Men’s basketball beat reporter, radio host of 2 shows through Ball States radio station WCRD, Vice president of NABJ (National Association of Black Journalist). Hobbies are reading, working out, and training. Currently employed as an Instructional Assistant at Towne Meadow elementary school and after school counselor for Carmel Clay Parks.
